The Backstory

I was hired to help in the mailroom, which was completely disorganized. But with the help of my trusty DYMO label maker I quickly got things under control. Everything soon had its place, mass mailings got delivered to the post office on time, and all the agents got their copy jobs with a smile.

My reward was a paid vacation to Oahu and Maui, so I took my friend Terry Doyle. While there, we made a dumb 8mm film called The Last Resort. It was more like an MTV-style music video featuring some photos, cheap optical effects and time lapse sequences set to tracks by Van Halen, the J. Geils Band and Journey.
